The Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda have signed a deal to finish their long-running battle.  

Years of preventing between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda could also be at an finish – due to a peace deal signed in america.

Rwanda has agreed to take away 1000’s of troops from jap Congo that had been supporting the Rwandan-backed armed group M23, because it took management of main cities and mining areas.

That was extensively seen as a serious escalation and stoked fears of a regional battle.

So can this settlement succeed the place many others have failed?

And is that this deal actually about US pursuits in Congolese minerals?
