1 carrot, grated
10g coriander leaves
1 giant pink chilli, finely sliced, seeds and all
2 spring onions, trimmed and finely sliced
30g salted peanuts, roughly chopped
Put a litre of water in a medium-sized saucepan, carry to a boil, then add the aromatics and hen items.
