Function Description

This position includes supporting the Skilled Providers and Buyer Assist capabilities inside our world SaaS group. You’ll play a vital position in driving monetary insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing operational effectivity throughout our post-sales capabilities.

• Accomplice with leaders in Skilled Providers, Buyer Assist, and cross-functional groups (Gross sales, HR, Product) to offer monetary insights, align objectives, and assist strategic planning.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for Providers and Assist capabilities.
• Analyze key efficiency metrics (utilization, billable hours, backlog, connect charges, buyer satisfaction) to drive operational enhancements.
• Develop and keep monetary fashions to assist pricing, useful resource planning, and headcount optimization.
• Put together and current month-to-month enterprise evaluations, variance analyses, and advert hoc stories to senior management, guaranteeing compliance with inner controls and audit necessities.
• Talk successfully in each German and English with regional and world stakeholders.

{Qualifications}

• Bachelor’s diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or associated area; MBA or CPA/CMA is a plus.
• 4–6 years of expertise in FP&A, ideally inside a SaaS or know-how firm.
• Robust understanding of Skilled Providers and Buyer Assist enterprise fashions.
• Superior Excel and monetary modeling expertise; expertise with Netsuite or related FP&A instruments is a plus.
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Glorious communication, presentation, and stakeholder administration expertise.
