Israel has repeatedly bombed Damascus, saying it’s defending the Druze minority.
Israeli warplanes have struck Damascus – a part of a wave of cross-border strikes which have put the area on edge.
Israel says the assaults are to guard the Druze minority within the southern metropolis of Suwayda.
However Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa warns Israel is making an attempt to sow battle and division between the Syrian folks – for its personal profit.
As a part of a ceasefire agreed with Druze spiritual leaders, he’s ordered the withdrawal of presidency forces from Suwayda and promised to safeguard the Druze group.
However how will Israel’s intervention form Syria’s future?
