A neat little seasonal twist on the basic margarita, and ease itself to drag collectively.
Blackberry and tequila tommy
Serves 1
8 recent blackberries
50ml tequila – we use El Tequileño
25ml agave syrup – we use Beso
25ml recent lime juice
Put six of the blackberries in a cocktail shaker, then muddle (ie, bash) them to bruise and launch a few of their juices. Measure in all of the liquids, add an enormous handful of ice and shake exhausting. Double-strain right into a coupe (chill it first, if you happen to like), and serve with the remaining two berries impaled on a cocktail stick for garnish.
