Adam Sandler will at all times maintain Cameron Boyce near his coronary heart.
Six years after the Disney Channel actor—who costarred as the comedian’s onscreen son within the Grown Ups franchise—died in his sleep, Sandler included a candy nod to Boyce in his youtube movie Happy Gilmore 2.
As eagle-eyed followers pointed out, in a single scene of the film launched on July 25, Boyce seems on a TV inside the background whereas a personality works the check-in sales space. Some have speculated the footage taking part in stems from an episode of the Disney Channel present, Jessie.
“Adam Sandler together with Cameron Boyce in #HappyGilmore2 as a cameo is so heartwarming,” one social media consumer shared on X. “He actually liked that child and i am so glad he retains his reminiscence alive.” One other added, “Adam Sandler honoring Cameron Boyce in Completely satisfied Gilmore 2 melts my coronary heart.”
This isn’t the primary time that Sandler has paid tribute to the Descendants star. In actual fact, the 58-year-old included a touching message inside the credit scene of his 2020 Netflix movie Hubie Halloween.
