A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket carrying the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft Endeavour lifts off from Launch Complicated 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Area Heart in Florida on Aug. 1, 2025. NASA astronauts Zena Cardman and Mike Fincke, JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Company) astronaut Kimiya Yui, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Platonov are aboard the spacecraft. After the crew arrives on the Worldwide Area Station, they are going to carry out analysis, know-how demonstrations, and upkeep actions aboard the orbiting laboratory. Crew-11 will even contribute to NASA’s Artemis marketing campaign by simulating Moon touchdown situations that astronauts could encounter close to the lunar South Pole, exhibiting how the house station helps put together crews for deep house human exploration.
The flight is the eleventh crew rotation mission with SpaceX to the house station as a part of NASA’s Business Crew Program.
