Former ‘Empire’ Star Bryshere Grey Charged With Assault and Battery

New authorized hassle for Bryshere Gray … the previous “Empire” star is dealing with a prison cost in Virginia.

In accordance with authorized docs obtained by TMZ … Bryshere is charged with one misdemeanor depend of assault and battery.

The docs present the alleged incident that led to the prison cost occurred on Friday … Bryshere was arrested on Sunday and he is since bonded out of jail.

Regulation enforcement sources inform TMZ … a non-public citizen acquired into an altercation with Bryshere and filed a grievance with the courtroom.

In Virginia, we’re advised, non-public residents can bypass police and file complaints with the Justice of the Peace’s workplace for misdemeanor instances … and our sources say that is what occurred right here.

Bryshere was later arrested in November 2022 for allegedly violating his probation for allegedly failing to tell his probation officer about a number of run-ins with legislation enforcement.
