My son is somewhat over 2.5 and intensely focused on being concerned and impartial, which is a bit exasperating. We did not have the fitting instruments to let him assist safely within the kitchen till this toddler tower was launched to our lives. It is very sturdy, however I had my son observe climbing up and down on his personal in a carpeted space for good measure (he did so like a professional).
