Joby Aviation shares jumped 13% Wednesday after the maker of electrical air taxis stated it obtained $250 million from Toyota.
The cost is a part of a beforehand introduced deal from the carmaker to invest $500 million in the company to assist certification and business manufacturing of its electrical air taxis. Toyota introduced the deal in October.
