Johnny Depp is paying tribute to one in all his rock icons.
The actor shocked followers by becoming a member of Alice Cooper mid-concert throughout Cooper’s July 25 present at London’s O2 Enviornment to honor Ozzy Osbourne three days after the Black Sabbath legend’s household announced his death at age 76.
In a video posted to YouTube, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor joined Cooper and his band mid-song as they rocked out to Black Sabbath’s “Paranoid,” with Depp expertly enjoying the bass guitar as followers cheered with pleasure.
“Here is for Ozzy,” Cooper—who was sporting an Osbourne fan T-shirt for the efficiency—chanted to the group.
Earlier that day, Cooper shared his fondest recollections of The Osbournes alum—who battled Parkinson’s illness within the years main as much as his passing—whereas reflecting on many years of being friends within the heavy metallic scene.
“I used to be on my solution to the stage after I heard about [his death],” Cooper stated in an interview with Planet Rock on July 25. “And I went, ‘Oh, that is not proper.’ He simply did this.
