On Might 8, 2022, NASA’s Exploration Ground Systems’ Program Supervisor Shawn Quinn captured this crop of a full body picture of the Hadley–Apennine area of Earth’s Moon together with the Apollo 15 touchdown web site (very close to the sting of the shadow of one of many lunar mountains within the space). Constructing upon the pioneers from the Apollo Program, Artemis crews will plan to confirm capabilities for people to discover deep house and pave the way in which for long-term exploration and science on the lunar floor.
