AI video-generating startups Luma and Runway are trying past film studios.
These video-generating AI firms have their sights set on different markets for future income streams and have been in talks with each robotics and self-driving automobile firms, according to reporting from The Information. The report didn’t establish which firms Luma and Runway are in talks with.
This potential income stream is sensible for Luma specifically. The corporate introduced it was trying to construct 3D AI world fashions in early 2024 with the aim of getting these fashions perceive easy methods to see and work together with the world round them, TechCrunch reported at the time.
Runway can also be focusing on video video games as a possible future income stream, too, in response to The Data.
