A neighborhood in Philadelphia was blown aside by an explosion early Sunday morning … and, footage taken on the scene captured the devastation.
The Philly Hearth Division shared footage from the scene in Nicetown–Tioga — a North Philadelphia neighborhood — the place the performing PFD chief Daniel McCarty stated a trio of row homes “exploded in on themselves” at round 4:30 AM ET.
