‘Shoot their legs’: Kenya’s President Ruto rails in opposition to looters | Protests

Kenyan President William Ruto mentioned anybody looting or vandalising companies needs to be shot of their legs and handled by the courts afterwards. These have been his first remarks after Monday’s anti-government protests by which at the very least 31 individuals have been killed.
