Tron, the blockchain based by billionaire Justin Solar, is seeking to go public within the U.S., the Financial Times reported on Monday.
Tron will go public through a reverse merger with Nasdaq-listed SRM Leisure, the report mentioned, citing folks accustomed to the matter. The deal is being managed by Dominari Securities, an funding agency with ties to the Trump household, the report added.
