The Trump administration on Friday requested the Supreme Courtroom to raise a court docket order to reinstate U.S. Department of Education employees the administration had terminated as a part of its efforts to dismantle the company.
Officers for the administration are arguing to the excessive court docket that U.S. District Decide Myong Joun in Boston did not have the authority to require the Schooling Division to rehire the employees. Greater than 1,300 staff have been affected by the mass layoffs.
