Hundreds are being compelled to return to Afghanistan as Tehran tightens controls on immigration.

For many years, tens of thousands of Afghans – who’ve fled warfare and poverty and sought a greater future – have crossed into neighbouring Iran.

Tehran has largely been lenient in direction of members of this group. However lately, Iranians appear to have grown bored with internet hosting them – and sentiment in direction of overseas nationals has hardened.
