Robin Roberts is saying good morning to a brand new journey.
The Good Morning America host addressed her current absence from the ABC present, revealing that she quickly left her co-anchor duties to embark on a visit to Africa together with her spouse Amber Laign and former NBA participant Masai Ujiri in collaboration with nonprofit group Giants of Africa.
“We’re in #Rwanda as friends of @inmuwetrust_ & @giantsofafrica celebrating younger basketball gamers throughout Africa,” Robin defined in a July 27 Instagram post. “Each final Saturday within the month in Rwanda is a nationwide day of service.”
